Refund Policy

Effective August 2016

Refunds for Ticketed Events:
Refunds for pre-purchased tickets (minus a 25% handling charge) are available up to 5 business days prior to an event. Cancellations received after this time will not be refunded. We cannot apply your payment to a future event.

No Show Policy:
If you are unable to attend an event and have not requested a refund in advance, your payment will not be refunded. We cannot apply your payment to a future event.

You may transfer your ticket to another individual and allow that person to use the ticket for admission to an event you had originally planned to attend.

Due to server issues, there is a small chance that you might not receive a delivery email confirming your online ticket purchases. We encourage you to check your email immediately upon purchase and confirm your purchase within 30 minutes. If you have not received confirmation within that time, please contact Ground Zero. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to Ground Zero in writing within 5 days from the order placing date. Otherwise, purchases will be considered received and downloaded.

Refunds for Partner Events:
Ground Zero occasionally produces events in partnership with other organizations. If you registered for an event on any website other than Ground Zero’s, you need to contact that organization to inquire about refund procedures.

When Ground Zero Cancels an Event:
We reserve the right to cancel any event or to substitute presenters. If we cancel an event for any reason other than hazardous weather, we will contact all registrants and offer a refund. Should an outdoor event be cancelled due to hazardous weather, tickets purchased for that event will not be refunded.

Ground Zero Merchandise:
All sales of Ground Zero merchandise are final.

Other Refunds:
Ground Zero is committed to the highest standards of financial accountability and transparency. As such, we strictly adhere to federal and state regulations that define ownership and fiscal responsibility. Once a financial or in-kind gift is given to and received by Ground Zero, ownership transfers from the donor to the ministry “to be used in the public interest.” At that point, responsibility for the gift’s use is assigned to the ministry and becomes non-refundable.
